I’m having trouble logging in for an online appointment!

Having trouble accessing the Zoom appointment.

Answer

First, log into Accudemia. Here you should see your upcoming appointments. If it is a Zoom appointment, there will be a red box that says "Join Now" that you click to enter the waiting room.
